Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed through our system every business day at 10.00 AM CST. All orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

Please allow 1-2 additional business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped.

During high-volume sale periods such as Father's Day or Christmas, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship.

Expedited orders are processed through our system every business day at 3:00 PM CST. All expedited orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

Overnight orders are processed every business day at 2:00 PM CST. All Overnight orders placed after 2 PM CST will ship the following day.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Business days do not include weekends or national holidays. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, However, we understand that sometimes a product you purchase just doesn't work out. We want to make the return process as convenient as possible for you and we will gladly help you with the process.

Please contact our Customer care at 1 (800) 214 6301 or email us at and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once an RMA is issued, you have 10 days to return the product to us. Products cannot be returned without this authorization number.

We accept returns within 30 days of invoice date as long as there’s at least 80% of the product remaining.

Damaged or Missing Products

All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with Level Up Haircare within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please contact us immediately at 1 (800) 214 6301 if you receive a damaged order, product or if you are missing an item in your order. We will either track your package or replace the damaged or missing items at our expense. In the event your product(s) arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the affected product to Customer Care at; this will help our team determine what went wrong. For exchanges, all damaged items must be sent to our offices for a new unit replacement.
